The San Francisco 49ers have signed veteran safety Darcel McBath. The former Denver Broncos second-round draft pick was signed in December by the Jaguars, appearing in one game with two tackles before later being released.

The 6-foot-1, 198-pounder played two seasons for the Broncos before being cut before last season.

For his career, McBath has 45 tackles, four pass deflections and two interceptions.
