The Texas Tech Red Raiders (7-5) will face the Navy Midshipmen (8-4) in the 2003 EV1.net Houston Bowl on December 30th. The game will pit the Red Raiders’ number one ranked passing offense against Navy’s top ranked rushing attack. | ||
