"I can do a lot of things on the field," said Jeffers. "We run a pro-style offense where we run the ball a lot, but I also get quite a few screen and shovel passes."
The Red Raider coaching staff is starting to heavily recruit the state of Oklahoma, but this time the state of Oklahoma recruited Texas Tech.
"My coach went down to Lubbock for a coaches clinic and told the Texas Tech coaches about me. My coach showed them some film and they liked what they saw."
Since Jeffers lives in Big 12 country, he was able to catch a few of Texas Tech's games last year.
"I watched Tech play against Oklahoma, Texas, and A&M this past season," said Harrison. "I really liked the offense they ran and thought I would be a good fit."
Although Texas Tech brings in a lot of high school running backs and switches them over to receiver, Harrison is being recruited to play in the backfield.
