Tech next in line for Texas WR?

With offers in hand, Aldine Eisenhower wide receiver Jazmon Reynolds taking the recruiting process in stride. While his interest is picking up, now the talented Reynolds looks to make a few more trips before making a decision. So where do the Red Raiders stand? Scout.com has the update.

Recruiting is going well for Aldine (TX) Eisenhower wide receiver Jaz Reynolds. He recently picked a new offer and hoping for a few more, but has quite a bit of interest coming his way as well.

"I have offers from Houston, Northwestern, Virginia and I picked up Minnesota at the beginning of March," Reynolds said. "Texas Tech, Baylor, Oklahoma, and Notre Dame are recruiting me pretty hard also."

When it comes to the Red Raider program, 6-foot-3, 180-pound Reynolds said that the coaches are showing him a lot of interest and keep pretty close communications with him.

He plans to attend the next Texas Tech junior day.

"They send me a lot of handwritten letters and I call them when I can," Reynolds said. "When we talk they always invite me up there to come and see practices. I try and call them when I can, but I get a lot of calls."

So is an offer near?

"I think they want to offer me, but they said they want to see me first," Reynolds said. "I want to try and go up there, but I don't know when."

Reynolds has already made appearances at Oklahoma and Texas A&M for junior days. He finished his junior season with 31 catches for 675 yards and six touchdowns.
